RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

-Intimate garments or underwear

-Swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed

-Earrings

-Gift cards

Final sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@willow-maple.com with your order number and the item you would like instead. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
